Check, filter and export all your smartphone and PC repairs with real-time status, technical details, photos and warranty reopening, without calling the shop.
The "My repairs" section of your customer portal is the full list of every smartphone, tablet and PC repair you have entrusted to the repair shop, each with its repair status updated in real time. It is probably the most used section of the customer portal, since it answers the most common question of anyone who has dropped off a device: "where does my repair stand?".
Unlike a simple list, this section is designed to help you find your way even when you have many repairs over time: you can search by repair number, apply quick filters (to pay, waiting, in progress, urgent), filter by status, delivery outcome, device type and intervention type, sort columns, and export the list to CSV, Excel or PDF whenever you need it for your own records.
Why it is useful for you as a customer
You no longer have to call the repair shop to find out whether your smartphone with the broken screen is ready for pickup, nor wait for a callback: you open this section and immediately see the updated status, color-coded according to the phase the repair is in. If you have dropped off more than one device, or have been a customer for a while and have a history of past repairs, the filters let you quickly find the one you are interested in, without scrolling through page after page.
Every repair also shows practical information you would normally have to ask for over the phone: the agreed amount, whether it has already been paid, whether it is urgent, whether it has been delivered, and until when it stays covered by warranty. This level of detail lets you independently verify that what was agreed with staff when dropping off the device matches what is actually recorded in the repair shop's system.
In practice
Every repair registered by the repair shop in your name automatically appears in this list, with the status updated every time staff changes it (for example from "accepted" to "in progress" up to "ready for pickup"). The table shows the repair number, the device, the reported issue, the status with its color-coded icon, the name and phone number of the linked customer (useful if you had a device repaired on behalf of a family member), the amount, the opening date and, when applicable, the warranty expiry date.
You can refine your search with quick filters dedicated to the most common situations: repairs still to be paid, waiting to be worked on, actually in progress, or marked as urgent. In addition, you can filter by specific status configured by the repair shop, by delivery outcome (delivered or still in progress), by device type (smartphone, tablet, PC, and so on) and by intervention type (hardware, software, service, maintenance). Clicking a column header also lets you sort the list, for example by most recent date or by amount.
Opening the detail of a single repair shows you all the information recorded by the repair shop: the device with brand, model and color, the reported issue, the aesthetic condition noted at intake, the accessories delivered along with the device, the interventions actually billed with their cost, the amount already paid and any balance still due. If the repair shop has uploaded photos of the device or the unlock pattern, you find them in the "Media" tab of the repair detail, always available whenever you want to check them.
For repairs already delivered and still under warranty, you find a dedicated button to reopen the repair under warranty directly from the customer portal, useful if the same problem reappears shortly after pickup. For already completed repairs, you can also start a new one pre-filled with the same device data (brand, model, color, serial number, IMEI), useful for example if the same smartphone needs a second, different intervention. Finally, from the repair detail you can open or print the PDF receipt at any time.
Quick guide
- Log in to your customer portal and open "My repairs" from the menu.
- Use the search bar to find a repair by repair number, or apply a quick filter such as "to pay" or "urgent".
- Refine further with the status, delivery outcome, device type or intervention type filters if you have many repairs in your history.
- Click a repair number to open its full detail.
- In the detail, check the status, amounts, billed interventions and, in the "Media" tab, any photos uploaded by staff.
- If the repair is delivered and still under warranty, use the dedicated button to reopen it should the same problem reappear.
- If you need an archive, export the list to CSV, Excel or PDF with the "Export" button at the top.
Real use cases
You dropped off your smartphone with a broken screen and want to know if it is ready: you open "My repairs", immediately spot the row with your repair number, and see the color-coded status chip ("in progress" or "ready for pickup"), without having to call the shop for an update.
You already collected your repaired PC but the same problem reappears after a few days: you open that repair's detail, check it is still covered by warranty thanks to the date shown, and use the button to reopen it under warranty directly from the customer portal, without having to re-explain everything to staff from scratch.
You are a regular customer with several repairs done over time and need a summary for your personal bookkeeping: you apply the filters you need (for example only delivered repairs from a certain period) and use the "Export" button to download the list as Excel or PDF, ready to archive or share.
Tips and best practices
Check the "My repairs" section instead of calling the repair shop: the status is always updated in real time and avoids wasting time for both you and staff. If you have several devices being repaired at the same time, use the quick filters (to pay, urgent, in progress) to immediately find the one you're interested in without scrolling through the whole list. Before going to collect a device, open the repair detail and check the amount still due, so you avoid surprises at the shop. If a problem reappears after delivery, always check the warranty expiry date in the repair detail first: if you are still covered, reopening under warranty is faster than opening a brand-new repair from scratch.
Frequently asked questions
How often does the repair status update? The status changes every time the repair shop's staff updates it, and is visible immediately in your customer portal, with no need to reload or wait.
Do I also see repairs that are already completed? Yes, the list includes both repairs in progress and those already completed and delivered in the past, filterable via the dedicated "delivery outcome" filter.
Can I see the detail of the reported issue for each repair? Yes, opening a single repair shows all the information recorded by the repair shop, including the reported issue, the device's condition and the delivered accessories.
How do I reopen a repair still under warranty? If the repair is still covered, you find a dedicated button both in the list and in the repair detail: one click is enough, and there is no need to redo the entire opening procedure from scratch.
Can I download the list of my repairs? Yes, from the "Export" button at the top you can download the filtered list in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
Do I also see the photos taken by the technician during the repair? If the repair shop uploaded them, you find them in the "Media" tab of the repair detail, along with the device's unlock pattern if applicable.
