Your company gets a public page at fixhub.it/c/yourUsername with shops, hours, an image gallery, and online booking: the first digital storefront of your repair shop.
Every company registered on Fixh IT has a public page reachable at fixhub.it/c/{company-username}, designed to present a smartphone and PC repair shop online: information about the business, a list of shops with hours and a map, a customizable image gallery, and, when enabled, the ability for customers to book an appointment or view the price list without having to call the shop.
Why it matters for a repair shop
For a repair shop, the public page is often the first point of contact with a customer who does not yet know the business in person: someone searching "iPhone screen repair" or "PC service" nearby almost always ends up on a search engine or a chat first, not in front of the shop window. Having a complete online profile, with always up-to-date hours, clearly indicated shops, and the ability to book directly, reduces information-request phone calls, avoids confusion about opening hours, and speeds up onboarding new customers. For a network with multiple shops, the public page also becomes the single entry point that routes every customer to the nearest shop, without needing separate websites for each location.
How it works
The public page is largely populated automatically with data already in the company: the shops and their hours configured in Company > Shop management and Company > Working hours appear without re-entering them, as do the media uploaded in the dedicated section. From Company > Public page you turn the page on or off with a switch, write a description of the business with a text editor that also supports inline images, upload a cover image, and customize the title and accent colors of the page (or reset to the defaults with one click).
Besides the description and cover, a separate image gallery is available: you can upload several photos of the shop, the lab, or completed jobs, each with a custom caption, and replace or delete a single image at any time without redoing the whole gallery. Once the page is enabled, a unique public address is generated that can be copied with one click or shared directly on WhatsApp: just enter the recipient's phone number and a pre-filled message with the page link is composed, ready to send.
A separate feature, available in Company > Settings, lets you make the repair price list public as well: when enabled, customers visiting the page can get an idea of the cost of the most common repairs before even contacting the shop. Online bookings, when enabled, rely instead on the working hours configured per shop, so a customer can never book an appointment outside the actual opening hours of the chosen shop.
Quick guide
- Go to Company > Public page and turn on the switch to make the page visible online.
- Copy the public link shown at the top (fixhub.it/c/yourUsername) or send it right away to a customer via the WhatsApp button.
- Upload a cover image that represents the shop or the network of shops.
- Write a clear description of the business in the text editor, adding inline images if useful.
- Optionally customize the title and accent colors to match your brand identity, or leave the defaults.
- Upload a few photos to the image gallery (shop, lab, completed jobs) with a short caption for each.
- Make sure the shops and hours in Company > Shop management and Company > Working hours are up to date, since they appear automatically on the public page.
- If you want to show repair prices, enable the public price list from Company > Settings.
Real use cases
A newly opened smartphone repair shop uses the public page as its first business website, without commissioning a separate site: it uploads photos of the lab, writes a short presentation, and immediately shares the link on social media and Google My Business, getting a working online presence within a few hours.
A network with three shops in different towns keeps a single public page active that shows all locations with their hours and map: a customer looking for service instantly sees which shop is closest to them, without getting confused between different websites or phone numbers per location.
A shop that often receives generic phone inquiries enables the public price list and online booking: many customers, before calling, check the page to get an idea of a repair's cost and book a slot directly that matches the shop's hours, reducing calls that are just a first contact.
Tips and best practices
Always keep hours and shops up to date in their respective sections: the public page reflects them automatically, so outdated data in the company immediately becomes wrong information shown to customers. Choose a good-quality cover image that represents the shop: it is the first thing a visitor sees when opening the link. Use the gallery to show the "human" side of the repair shop (repair counter, tools, staff at work) rather than just products for sale, because that is what builds trust with someone who does not know the business yet. If you often share the link via WhatsApp with new contacts, use the dedicated button instead of manually copying and pasting the number and message every time.
Common mistakes to avoid
A frequent mistake is turning on the public page and then forgetting about it, leaving an empty description or a generic cover: an incomplete page communicates less professionalism than not having one at all. Another mistake is changing a shop's working hours without considering that the same change is immediately reflected on the public page and, if online booking is enabled, on the slots available to customers. Finally, avoid enabling the public price list before checking that the configured prices are actually up to date: an outdated price shown publicly leads to disputes at the counter when a customer shows up expecting the figure they saw online.
Frequently asked questions
